I think the Olympics helped Joel a lot because he knows now he doesn't have to dominate all the time. He can pick and choose when to do so when the team needs him the most.

I agree on the maturity but not on the domination. There were to many Allstars on the Olympic team for him not to dominate. We have a lot of talent but not a full team of Allstars.
