LowerLargo looks great. When I was young my parents took me and my brothers to the Upper and the lower Largo caravan sites. ( if it’s still there ) I have very fond memories of long walks in the woods, and they even had a tarsan rope for swinging on. I must go and visit some day as it looks beautiful.

We discovered all this when we were at a caravan in Leven beach. Loved it so much we moved to the area.

The Fife Coastal Path is a Scottish long distance footpath that runs from Kincardine to Newburgh along the coastline of Fife. The path was created in 2002, originally running from North Queensferry to Tayport. It was extended in 2011 with a new section running from Kincardine to North Queensferry, then again in 2012 from Tayport to Newburgh. The path, which usually takes between one week and 10 days to walk in full, now runs for 187 kilometres (116 mi). The Fife Coastal Path is managed and maintained by Fife Coast and Countryside Trust, a registered environmental charity and is designated as one of Scotland's Great Trails by NatureScot.About 500,000 people use the path every year, of whom about 35,000 walk the entire route.

The big house with the three-pitched roof was the Cardy Net Works, making nets for the fishing fleet. We know this because we've just returned from a break at Woodland Gardens Caravan Park on the hill above Lower Largo, and we walked past this and like you wondered what it had been! Google was our friend on this 😊

Iian I truly love all the drone views and your flower descriptions. The hand carved gates are awesome and beautifuly painted. All the water around Fife is gorgeous, but is it warm enough to take a swim? I hope y'all have a wonderful and blessed week.

The drone footage is spectacular! Are the bunkers on government property per say or is it privately owned accessible land. Beautiful town so clean and well kept from what we saw.

The wood on the ground with the metal cutout looks to be the wall of a structure. The metal cutout may have been for viewing out of.

Scotland on a Shoestring Rocks! Those pill box's look to be newer and not in an expected state of decay from 80 years of weathering. Could these be something to do with oil platforms at sea?
