These guys are serious musicians who don't take themselves too seriously. Always fun. They are wigs, which they do wear during live performances. "We Got The Moves", "Tekkno Train", or their cover of "Every Time We Touch" are completely unique from each other, yet definitely Electric Callboy.

They did apply to Eurovision in 2022, with their song "Pump It". But the German committee declined to include them in their submission, saying they weren't radio friendly enough. EC answered back with the song "Hurrikan". Hypa Hypa was the first single released after Nico joined the band in 2020 on clean vocals, replacing Sushi who left to pursue other projects.

Electric Callboy are absolutely fantastic and completely ridiculous. I saw them in Japan with Babymetal and they were so good live. I was there to see Babymetal, but that performance made me an EC fan too. The pit went nuts for them, it was so fun!

In Germany, the hairstyles of wigs are called "vokuhila" = Abbreviation from vorne kurz, hinten lang (short at the front, long at the back), in english mullet hairstyle. 😀

Electric Callboy are the most entertaining & joyful band in the world right now, Germans have not put out a bad song in last 3 years and live shows just a massive rave of metal & EDM riffs!! 😆🤘 Also, on a side note, the model in this video is actually a certified nurse specializing in elderly care... not just a pretty face 😉😀
