The problem with these kinds of people is they think that if they say and believe something hard enough then it will come true, but that's clearly not the case. Yes you can believe in yourself, but there is a line between reality and delusion. If I have a positive mindset and say I could jump off a cliff and get back up because I'm an animal then the likelihood is I will actually die. reminder that mental health is not a joke and anyone promoting that everyone or even most people need a certain amount of sleep/food/ or anything really, is lying or at the very least ignorant to people being different than themselves. I sleep 4 or less hours a night for three weeks (about) and crash and am unable to function much for at least a few days to a week. that's my cycle because of mania. idk what is effecting his sleep, if it's similar to my situation or he really is just depriving himself because he's so dedicated, but this won't end well for him and promoting it is not okay. thanks for making fun of him, hopefully most people who see this kind of content take it that way too.
