Well, actually Arlecchino was introduced way before Fontaine trailers. In 2022 was released a teaser Winter Nights Lazzo where we saw all the Fatui harbingers including Arlecchino. Then she was in another teaser The Final Feast where were revealed all characters from Fontaine. I think you should react to these trailers as well.

A "hangout" is the 4-star version of a character's story quest. Unlike the latter, they don't change your copy of the game world in any real way; this is as much good as bad, as it means they are repeatable and can have multiple endings. (it's not that the devs don't want their game to be repeatable, it's that there are problems they haven't dealt with yet for every other form of content and one of the reasons Star Rail exists is to have a game with a more lightweight engine they can be experimental with.)

paimon didn't get a new voice actor btw!! they probably gave her voice actor a different direction or maybe even got a new voice director. i play in the chinese dub and paimon always had a less piercing squeaky voice and more of a high pitch but smooth voice, similar to early paimon. they're probably lowering her voice since most people don't like it

Agree, that new Remuria World Quest (with the whale and music) is one of the best world quest in the game in terms of visual+music impact and pacing. The area in general is just so magical, I love its verticality and cave-like structures. Lore wise? Not so much, it got some good lore but nothing mind-blowing.

I gotta say this, but does anyone else think bro on the left looks like a young Will Smith? As for Nilou, she is exceptionally strong...at her specialty. She does one thing and one thing only: Bloom damage. It heavily restricts what teams she can run in, but nobody does bloom damage better than her. Think of it this way, you almost need to run a healer with her, because she can KO her own teammates pretty quickly otherwise.

Events only matched by the events caused by you as you progress the story. 500 years ago, Khaenri’ah was destroyed by the upholder of heavenly principles. The “unknown god” you and your sibling fight in the opening cutscene. Due to the destruction of Khaenri’ah, the abyss order was formed to oppose the thrones of the Archons. Much more important events take place 500 years ago, especially in Sumeru and Inazuma, but those would be spoilers.

Fontaine is the only location where you can swim underwater too. There's a story reason for this, but I forget what it is. I learned it in one of the World quests. When Fontaine first dropped, there was a teleport thing in Sumeru. There are now entrances to Fountaine's main area now (where the swimmable water is) and they are in Liyue and Sumeru. Like one of the new areas is technically a part of Liyue and it's called Chanyu Vale (it's in Northern Liyue). Someone in the comment section mentioned the Teyvat Storyline Trailer, according to that, there is a 7th chapter after Snezhnaya. I won't say what. I do have a theory that even after the last chapter ends, of course I think there will still be events and whatnot, but I am thinking we'll see more Story quests. I have noticed since last year that when Char quests end, they all have had "To be continued". So it wouldn't surprise me if all of them got new story quests after the main story was over.

@30:55- Um, you don't use THOSE boats to get to Inazuma, but you will use them to travel between the islands of Inazuma (and in Sumeru and Fontaine too). You need to progress the main storyline in order to get to Inazuma also. I don't know if y'all ever learned about this, but each of the regions were inspired by real areas. Mondstadt is based off of Germany, Liyue is China, Inazuma is Japan, Sumeru is India/Egypt/Middle East, and Fontaine is mostly France, but borrows from Italy too. The new region that is coming this year is Natlan and it's going to be based off of Mesoamerica and parts of Africa (I forget which parts). I think Spain is included too. Snezhnaya, which drops next year, is based off of Russia. @48:31- This was part of a limited time event (which stinks since Albedo is very important the game's lore), but to sum it up, that Albedo fighting the others, he's not the real one. @1:28:08- The God who's in charge of the Fatui and the God who separated the 2 siblings at the start of the game are 2 different people. You might not remember but the 1st God you met introduced herself as the "Sustainer of Heavenly Principles". The God in charge of the Fatui, she's called the Tsaritsa. We don't know her actual name yet. I was only able to get as far as the 3rd Lantern Rite trailer (when Alhaitham is first introduced), so I'll be sure to make more comments in my next sitdown.

In terms of story i recommend focusing on Archon quests (the main story) first and then also doing some character stories after, because they contain a lot of relevant information to the main story and clear up some main character lore! Raiden shoguns story quests (she has 2 and u will unlock a boss) Zhonglis (also has 2, u unlock a boss i also wont spoil) Nahidas (u unlock a boss and a LOT of world relevant information) Other interesting story quests: Childe Xiao Itto Arlecchino Neuvilette +Whichever character u enjoy the most of course There is so many hours of story but u guys are guaranteed to enjoy it in the future it only gets better and better ^-^ I hope u have a lot of fun and remember not to do everything at once so u dont get overwhelmed!!
