Ammo makes up a huge part of the amount of weight you carry on patrols or when otherwise armed. I think the 'added' subtitles on some platforms do just say 'speaks japanese' . You're meant to get the translation and emphasis via the in-frame subtitles - which to me looked like they were in French. That bit around the 30 minute mark, if I remember right, is something like 'We are both masters of death' .. which John dismisses.

It's not necessarily tossing all you're doing is just taking the persons momentum and using it against them, when you twist the arm in a certain way the body has to follow or they break their arm The throw is from martial arts like aikido and aki jujitsu

The thing about the fast reload is that it works well in training and in speed competitions but in the military you can’t afford to get rid of your magazines. Again, unless you’re training on a ship or out of the field you could do that but in combat since we’re constantly pushing forward, you’re not gonna go back to the building that you were two hours ago by yourself and pick up that magazine that you left behind. The military has become a lot better in having supplies there but no armor wants to keep giving you shit because you are dropping shit left and right, and the way the teachers to change magazines it’s just as fast and we know how to put it back in our cases we just have a drop pouch to just throw our used magazines
