I think maybe plankton did help make the formula (by accident most likely), but crabs probably perfected it. Plankton seems to genuinely love Krabby patties, while krabs’ loves the money.

The best part is that it really does explain so much about Plankton's desire to get the formula -- it's not just that Krabs has what he doesn't, it's that he was LITERALLY THERE for the creation of the Krabby Patty (or well, a precursor to it prior to that stuff falling in the patty batter) and missed out on it due to their friendship falling apart. Somewhat implying too that Plankton feels he has a right to it, since he had a hand in its creation.

And my parents who owned restaurants gave me extensive lectures about how they didn’t want my brother and I in the restaurant industry because of how terrible it is. Luckily, I hated working in the restaurant, so it worked out.

Here we enter what I call the “Drought Era.” Where the quality just starts to dip a lot. Season 5 though isn’t the worst of it. And Friend or Foe is actually one of the best post-season-4 episodes of all imo. It’s so interesting learning this backstory, which has actually been made canon. Future episodes make mention of it. SpongeBob could very well be as successful as Jim, but to him, success isn’t the point, he’s happy being at the Krusty Krab. The Moth in Night Light is voiced by Mark Hamill.

1. Steve (the creator) doesn't come back until season 9. Seasons 6 and 7 are sadly when people started to hate the show. I don't mind it though. 2. People need to realize it wasn't just the creator that left; it was like 50% of the entire crew. writers, animators, storyboard artists , directors, line supervisors, all that sh*t. So really, Paul Tibbitt (the producer from 4-9A) got put in a bad spot. 3. Paul Tibbitt is one of the best writers of the pre-movie era. So there was a reason he was picked. In case you think he's a useless, talentless, careless sack of a producer, he tried. Plus, he got the roles of executive producer AND supervising producer. which was more than Steve had to do. P.S. Paul did write some amazing episodes for season 4 and wrote the Patchy scenes for the Friend or Foe special, which is probably why it felt like seasons 1-3.

I agree, honey mustard is absolutely not the same thing as mustard. Honey mustard is great for chicken sandwiches and it’s not nearly as tangy as regular mustard. Also, yes, mayonnaise is the superior condiment in my opinion too.
