I have been watching the foxes here now for about a year and I love them all so much! And of course now I am loving this new fox, and I’m so happy to see that he and Athena are enjoying each others company. God bless you, your husband and all the volunteers and donors, for all you do for these beautiful foxes. I pray for the day that every single fur farm fox, and all fur farm animals are free and for the fur farms to exist no longer. 🙏❤

Greek mythology is the connection. The challenge was to name him after a Greek mythological character. Siegfried is hardly a Greek name but...

My first visit here. This is a wonderful thing that you do. I watch Chris and Gabby from Bellowing Acres ask the time. They've taken in a few of your foxes. I've never thought about fur foxes. I have learned what a horrible existence they endure... how is it legal to keep a living, breathing animal in such horrid conditions? Your silver boy is so pretty... How and why any one would feel good about themselves wearing the fur from an animal that was tortured its entire life and then electrocuted to death so fur isn't ruined. I never knew until Chris told us. God bless you for all you do. ❤

Ares was the god of war, which would go hand-in-hand with Athena being the goddess of wisdom and battle strategy
