I've been to the British version of this, Morning Gloryville, and you feel amazing until about 9/10/11pm when the early wake up catches up with you. So as long as you don't have plans late in the evening then this is totally worth it.

Seemed weird at first, but when you think about it, people get up that early and earlier to go jogging and exercising and stuff so it's not much different. This is just a funner way of doing that.
