I'm not questioning that you're gluten-free or suggesting you'd put your health at risk. However, I've observed that people who typically can't tolerate gluten in the U.S. for the most part have no issues with it in Denmark. For them, it seems their reactions may not be caused by gluten itself, but by other harmful substances found in your bread and pastries. Keep the content coming!

Stuff like the burger shown at the Paleo place is gluten free anyway - as all "paleolithic diet" (caveman diet) food should be. 😅

The one with the coco powder. Is called kartoffelkage which translates to potato cake. It’s a sponge cake layered with vanilla cake cream topped with whipping cream and then there’s marzipan draped over and then powered with coco. It’s meant to look like a potato with dirt hence the name. :) And now I haaaave to have a flødebolle when I get home to Denmark they just looked so good 🤤

7:25 For those 'Luksus romkugler' (Luxury rum balls): "Bland selv" translates directly to 'Mix self' which would probably translate more usefully to 'Mix any' notice this sign says "4 stk 125 kr." which means '4 pcs 125 DKK'. "Hindbær" translates to raspberry.
