WE WENT TO THE SEASIDE | MARGATE VLOG | DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FAMILY OF 5

Welcome back to a day in the life vlog, but with a twist.
We went to the Kent Coast for a few days to visit my dad and stepmum who moved in lockdown. They have always wanted to live out their retirement by the sea and we were so excited to visit them.

Yay!! Lovely to seeing you back so soon. Margate looks great haven’t been there since being in my teens. I need to book a sweet little breakaway like this soon. I love John having a boogie at the beginning of vlog had to hit rewind. Glad you all had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing. xx

Kent my home county 🙂 Whitstable is a lovely little place. The Tate at Margate is worth checking out, especially for a budding artist! It's right on the beach. Also if you go to Broadstairs I recommend Morelli's Gelato 🍨🍨🍨 x

I know I don’t know what it is but fish and chips would be my least favourite takeaway at home, but at the seaside it would be my top. Always taste so nice 🥰🥰

The Airbnb looks really lovely! I live in Kent and we do indeed often seem to get the best weather! 👌🏻Whistable is a favourite of ours (we dream of retiring there one day!), though I actually prefer it on a sunny winter’s day as it’s less busy. You can’t beat a drink at the Old Neptune right on the beach! x

It’s such a beautiful place. We’ve been once in autumn and then last week and preferred it in autumn but loved it in the sun too. How lovely to live in Kent 🥰

I really recommend Airbnb. It makes you feel like a proper local rather than a tourist in a hotel. Always good for kids and lots take dogs too x

Such a lovely video! It makes me want to jump in the car and visit Margate, Whitstable, etc. Considering I only live about 45 mins away, I really should make more effort. I also recommend visiting Hythe and Folkestone when you next visit. Lots of lovely cafes and the seafronts are beautiful! xx

Yes we were surprised that quite a few were dog friendly and then a few allowed dogs after 6pm. The main Margate beach didn’t allow dogs at all x
