Yikes. Tiki's scare me. We had a stone Tiki outside our home for years, and the yard crew moved it while mowing (you are not supposed to touch or move stone Tiki's). 48 hours later, Hurricane Ike destroyed our home, leaving us living in a tent for weeks, no power or cell phone reception, in the heat with snakes, mosquitoes, fire ants, a vicious raccoon, and eating all our food (even coffee) to be cooked on our BBQ grill. I have Tiki PTSD now. 😊

Our Goodwill in Colorado is too expensive anymore. They pick out their gold and silver from the jewelry before they display it now. They sell it online for themselves.

The round Reed (wicker atuff) is usually sold by weight, like a pound. That was a new one. That is how they come. It was not opened

McCoy is usually good to pick up, I live a couple miles from where it use to be, it closed in 1990, another good one is Hull Pottery they closed in 1986. We have a pottery festival every July. Love watching you 2, I wish I lived closer to visit your booth.

Rattan is used for making baskets. It’s very expensive and sell many different sizes…I used to weave baskets.

The wooden piece for pipes might be missing a lighter that goes in the round section, most table lighters use the round lighters and you might be able to find one that fits.

Our Goodwill is cray cray, there is one guy in the back who has stated he would rather see the people get it cheap rather than swnd it to the online GW. So I still get lucky if he prices it, otherwise theh are nuts. For some non name brand golf clubs not even found on Ebay they wanted 60 bucks for a set. Yet the other day a nice complete LH set of Ping Eye 2 Black dots went for 20 and sold overnight for 135.00. Needless to say the non brand clubs have been sitting for a month, but have a white tag and will never go on clearance.

Yeah, Goodwill is no longer a viable source of affordable used items. There are more thrift shops other than Goodwill. I found a shop that sells everything for $2.50 each regardless of what it is!

When they say that items came from another GW, it most likely means that new donations they couldn’t get through were sent to the warehouse, then the store that needs product requests a gaylord, and they receive a truck loaded with gaylords of wares and clothing. They get a LOT of donations and it’s better to pack it up and ship it out rather than overwhelming your backroom or employees.
