Grew up catholic as well (no longer) and was also ignorant coz I didn't know the Word. Dabbled with divination, quija, horoscopes, etc. By the grace of God, He set me free from all of it. Now I have a relationship with Him vs religion.

@@MMpinkflowersand yet you don’t even know that there’s nothing wrong praying to the saints for intercession. Revelation tells us that the elders who are in heaven hear our prayers and offer them up to God as a pleasing incense. The Bible is full of calls for intercessory prayer. Mary (the Queen), as the mother of Jesus (the King) is also an intercesor. We pray to them for intercession because being in heaven, they are closer to God. It wasn’t Catholicism that lead you to do those things, it was spiritual sloth and lack of understanding your faith. It’s good you’re not into the occult anymore, but it’s sad you left the church because you didn’t understand it.

I'm so great-fully of the love of King Jesus mercy and grace of bringing you both out of the occult. Thank you for sharing your journey, while showing your love and faithfulness to Him who saved you. Please, continue on your journey of reading and focusing on the Bible. To read it and study it for yourself lead by the Holy Spirit of God through Christ Jesus. Pray and study every verse in it's full and correct context. I had similar experience, At that time, I had or a religious spirit. I just had the Word of God in the heart(I just knew the bible) by Gods grace. Jesus blood is finished everything and broke every curse even generation. What does the Bible teach for example, cast out the spirit of lust or Jezebel? Which can lead to pride because you have the power. Luke 10:20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” Or face your sin of lust and repent to God The Father through the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross living in faith by the Spirit and not according to the lust of our flesh. Jesus cast out demons from non-believers but when He was tempted Himself, Him use The Scriptures(Torah) and the same with the Apostles. Paul can't cast out the thorn in the flesh. He ask God three time. Jesus said my grace is sufficient. Please continue on your journey. God is good all the time. Give Him praise my sisters. Jesus is King!!!

The money donated from people who thought it was a serious organisation with the claims they put out ended up using the money for selfish/sinful reasons and not for the black community. It helped Black Trans groups and made the founders millionaires with various homes/mansions. Gotta feeling they were witches- they played the victim still once Candace Owens exposed them and talked with George Floyd's housemates. They promised to give his housemates money so George could pay off his debts but they never paid anything off etc.

Don’t test the Holy Spirit’s voice when He speaks to you or warns you. speaking from a place of being a maturer Christian and i love yall enough to tell you the truth. don’t rebel against His voice, don’t test His patience PLEASE!! Don’t test His grace, His mercy. don’t underestimate or mock His sense of justice in your hearts, esp when He warns you to not be foolish in ignoring His voice and warnings. keep repenting. pls walk in sanctification with the Spirit. (just letting ya’ll know - idolatry stems from stubborness. 1 Samuel 15:23) so as i said - pls repent from being stubborn,prideful, ignorant and maybe even rebellious against the voice of God to you. that’s how you get foolish. if you’re keeping anger and resentment against God which leads to idolatry, He’ll keep making you encounter yourselves in these kinda false believers. let go of the attitudes you might have, and ask God to soften your hearts. don’t harden your hearts with ur attitudes.

So, by whose authority do you take the bible from? Who over the centuries copied the bible? It was Catholic Monks. Shame on both of you, for not understanding your faith.
