I lived in a super humid climate growing up and we’d use dehumidifiers throughout the whole house. We also had an older home, and it dramatically helped with slowing down or stopping the mold growth all together. 😊

I recommend a dehumidifier. Harder for mold to grow if its a dryer environment.

does it dry your skin out?🥺
@ThomasJefferson-fz8sr5 ай бұрын
@@remi.tswjourneyToo much and too little humidity can worsen eczema and dry skin. If i were you i’d invest in a dehumidifier and turn it off periodically as needed. In my experience getting one that measures the humidity in the room makes a massive difference. Keeping humidity between 45-60% is pretty key for me. Just something to consider because doing that every day sounds like a massive hassle ☹️

@remi.tswjourney if you use it when you aren't in the the rooms I think it would help. Like living room and kitchen turn on at night, bedrooms turn on during the day. Electrolytes will keep your skin hydrated and petroleum on your skin will keep your skin hydrated. Mold is such a huge concern in the home for your body especially lungs. You can get dehumidifiers per bedroom or per room because the ones for the home like the entire house could cause dryness in skin. So per room then switching them from bedrooms to living and kitchen when you're not in them could help.

Great to see and hear you are happy - and your skin is under control at the moment - keep going strong - you look amazing with make up on / just hope that the skin will stay calm and not flare up again - or at least not as much as it previously did. 🤗

Does your house have a ridge vent in your roof to help ventilation? I had this problem until I got a ridge vent and vent holes in the attic Plus dehumidifier until everything was done really helped.
