My mum thought she saw your van in Donny the other day! 😂 also you were right near a weatherspoons when you were near the mansion house! You were also near a Chinese street food shop at one point but missed it! 😂 and I’m sure the sheep and pigs are because they used to sell live stock on the market! It was the UKs biggest market at one point with over 600 stalls! In the 50s they even sold elephants on there! 🙊 thought you might like to know! Xx

Wish i'd known you were so close to where i live ( just outside Grimsby) i'd have invited you to park up on our drive. Should of missed out Grimsby & gone straight to Donny , Grimsbys been in decline for years , certainly can't blame it on covid. The precinct & centre has more than its share of tramps in doorways, druggies & winos around the minster & couples on benefits in tracky bottoms with feral kids with no intention of working. We avoid it like the plague & always travel to other towns to shop. We love watching you & Chico & especially your tours around different towns & city's. Keep up the great content!!

Hi Mark/Lisa/And Chico. Just watched your video in Grimsby &Donny, I, live just outside Donny you mentioned that you couldn't find a Wetherspoons , well when you were stood looking at the fish market in Donny about 30mtr to the right there was a pub called the red lion, ( yep you got it that's a wetherspoons) Also the chippy you were looking for is down by the race course, the car park is plenty big enough for the Bus but its called whitbys not Wetherby whaler, that's actually at Wetherby (been there too very good) keep up the good work I used to have an 8mtr motorhome but didn't use it enough to warrant the cost (still working) so I now have a campervan, watch all your videos with the wife get some good ideas from them. It's about 15 miles from Grimsby, it's a Market town in the Lincolnshire Wolds, Market days are weds,Fri and Saturday and it has a Weatherspoons and Mark it has Chinese takeaway. Its about 1/2 hr drive from Mablethorpe and the sea. Kettle will be on for you. Xx

Some of my famioy are from Grimsby and a couple in Cleethorpes. My Auntie, Uncle and 3 cousins lived across from the hospital in Grimsby. My other cousin her husband and their baby lived just up from the beach at Cleethorpes. If ever you are in Doncaster again the Boat Inn at Sprotbrough is the place to go, 15 mins from Town centre next to river Don, South Yorkshire Nav canal & Trans Pennine Trail. Great food, dog friendly with Motorhome overnight parking, very picturesque.

The Wetherby Whaler is in Wetherby, a small town up towards Leeds, just outside of Harrogate (both very picturesque places). Amazing fish & chips. Been there a couple of times (I dated a lady from nearby Boston Spa). There’s a foreshore 5 minutes away from the chippy with picnic tables & the river shallows out to paddling depth (just the kind of thing Mark likes to fall into. That should be funny). You ought to give it a try. The Chinese Restaurant was Cantonese btw, so the text on the menu would be Cantonese. Mandarin is a totally different language.

Poor Mark, always something to fall over! Re. Dog access - Try the outside space at Bristol, Cabot Circus and the area around the Apple shop, the only signs about no dogs are a tiny plaque on the wall that joins the main road that does allow dogs! We were asked to leave that area and it was all open air too 🤦🏻‍♂️. Never been to Grimsby, but Weymouth isn’t that bad for the main street (yet)it’s still lovely here (and sunny!). Andy & Kim.

Hi Lisa, Its funny how you perceive a place, living in Doncaster for over 30 years now you don't possibly appreciate things but when someone else comes and praises it for things you take for granted I suppose its not that bad. We only venture into town on a Saturday to visit the fish market and when you was stood outside the Mansion House if you had walked up through the arch just to the left of the Mansion House there is a Wetherspoons but its sadly earmarked to be closed soon. TBH we have boycotted them now as they don't allow dogs even outside, we got asked to move in York when we was sat outside one :( If you had wanted some nice fish and chips, if you had driven near to the Racecourse there is Whitbys Fish & Chips which is takeaway and a restaurant and they are very nice (they also have one in Sheffield) If Mark wants to visit the Wetherby Whaler (we used to stop there on our way up North for fish and chips and the portions are huge !

Perhaps you could try and find a dog park, on your travels, and then Chicco could have a big run off-lead! Make sure there are not many dogs in there - or only a few that look friendly.... just an idea! Sad how so many shops are closed these days. I'm sure the small businesses can't compete with the bigger shops - and can't sell enough stock to cover the rent and other expenses. I love the drone shots! Thanks for another fun video!

Don't think that I'll be rushing to Grimsby anytime soon. Unfortunately, there are many town centres like Grimsby that are 'dead' these days.
