About the 06:45 - yes, does exist. Dart Zone Spectrums later models sold in the EU (and UK) are noticeably lower powered than initial release or USA ones. Unfortunately there is except the EC marking on the blaster ZERO way to tell them apart,no grey trigger or anything and the initial higher powered ones sold here, also bear the EC marking. Hence you MAY get an ok Spectrum here if its old,but you likely get a weaker one... Same happened with Xshot Longshot, where the initially only german low powered version is now sold all over the EU and UK instead of the international version. The only way to get a proper one here is via Blaster-Time... Oh, the international customers woes..

Regarding the part where Hasbro's "plan" for the N Series is widespread acceptance without changing anything - our country (Philippines) have gray trigger (50 fps) N Series blasters. Those are, for lack of a better word, absolute dogshit. Especially since Rival and Dart Zone Max/Pro blasters and the X-Shot Longshot are being sold on shelves right beside these gray trigger abominations.

It’s true the Ultra line was not helpful, there are perhaps more unhelpful names than I remember. I guess I was thinking of names that actually include some about the functionality of the blaster, like the triad or the flip fury or the magstriks

Yeah, it tends to be a rather expensive hobby for me. I just buy myself a Unicorn and a bunch of mags and Worker darts but that already costs around RM350. Brutal for me at least. And even with 'cheaper' options like the Nexus Pro (no, not the X, its not here yet, and it's RM250), most hobby-grade blasters are either usually available in the US before they even come here (X shot Longshot) or are incredibly expensive.(Any Worker)

@@ha-kyaa7815 airsoft definitely isn't cheaper but you can save a lot of money in the long run because with airsoft you just buy the gun you like and that's it, with nerf it always felt like the best gun to get was changing every week and even then you need to put a new spring in it and buy a short dart adapter. but that's just me, nerf is fun just too much for me

The Trailblazer, Stormcharge, Echo, and Commander are all great blasters. The Commander specifically is awesome. Covered in attachment points. People disliked Elite 2.0 because it was more evolutionary than revolutionary, when AF/DZ started putting out game changing blasters. An Elite 2.0 Echo or a Nexus Pro? Yeah, obviously the Echo isn't comparable but that doesn't make it bad.

People complaining about the muzzle colors don’t realize that they are orange because these US-based/-focused companies don’t want to have kids killed by cops with their blasters in hand. It sucks, but cops in the US love shooting kids and getting away with it, so throwing a BRIGHT ORANGE on every possible part at the very least makes it harder for them to justify doing it, and makes it easier for parents and families to feel safe and comfortable buying these toys for their kids. And that gets exported globally. It’s unfortunate for everyone, but there is a huge conversation about violence in America to be had before Hasbro and DZ start exporting blasters with other muzzle colors.

It's weird to see people freak out about toy guns looking too much like guns. That's not an issue at all in most of the world, many people purposefully make their blasters look more realistic beause it looks cool to them and it's perfectly fine here.

@@beretnarf I'm not trying to argue, it's just something weird I've noticed. In terms of hot takes, I have posted a Stryfe one on another video, unless YT ate that one as well. On the gun thing: Well, from what I know most countries don't have such severe firearm issues like USA does, so if you see someone run around with a gun-like thing, you'll just assume it's a toy (nerf or airsoft usually). Especially when they are somewhat-young and the thing doesn't have the exact shapes and colors of an actual gun. Also there are likely other people running around and shooting each other as well.
