I've gotta say I could tell Luke was frustrated but he actually handles it really well. You can tell he channel's it to motivate him instead of just throwing a tantrum. Those sand tracks are tough, it's bad enough on the big bikes, so I can imagine what it is like on the 85's. And, this is to Lillian and Luke, your Mom and Dad absolutely ROCK! It would probably be a good idea to work on stamina training, both kids were clearly spent after racing in the sand. Maybe you can come up with a fun activity that you can all do together, something that makes the body work and gets the heart pumping. Do twenty minute sessions then break for a half hour and then another 20 mins, do that three days a week and you'll soon see a big difference, not just with the kids, but with your self as well.
