As a STL resident seeing the "we'll rally behind Kurt" speech reinacted was great.

Good movie. I’m glad Kurt Warner became successful.

Zach was the perfect guy to play Kurt. The guy has so much heart. Played the best character ever in Chuck another guy that was all heart. So glad to see someone like him make it in this industry.

I was riding high in fantasy football that year when this injury occurred and the team that picked up Warner rode him past me and to the championship...not that I'm still bitter at this at all. No, not one bit.

Well it was in the preseason so this didn’t happen

I had watched Warner in college and in the arena league. I actually lived in Waterloo (which is right by Cedar Falls) and Warner bagged my groceries at one point when I was out with friends. That year, I took him on a whim with my final fantasy pick... and all my friends were like "Who the hell is he?". Needless to say I ran that league that year.

You were riding high in the preseason? Warner started week 1.
@charleshiggins208412 күн бұрын
@@aaronanderson16 I did start him week 1. It was just a fun league for bragging rights. No stupid bets or anything like that.

I love the Kurt warner story. However growing up watching TV shows, I can't unsee this actor as not playing the role of a serial killer........too many made for TV movies haha

Mike Martz was prooven right 2 years later when Kurt Warner played like crap in super bowl 36 and started the tom brady dynasty
@bob8144Ай бұрын
And then Warner went to Arizona and, at the age of 37, led the Cardinals (of all teams) to the Super Bowl. And even though the Cardinals lost that game, Warner played a decent game. 31/43 for 374 yards against a very good Steelers defense. The Steelers had the #1 ranked defense that year.

Patriots were cheaters and Tom Brady was involved in all of it. Never forget that.
