@Armchair Psycho I read their comment like 10 times, and the more I re-read it, the more confused I became. I think this person is speaking in some godly tongue too complicated for us mere mortals to understand. It is probably best that we just say "Yes" before he decides to unleash his godly wrath upon us.

@Anarchic A 1. You used the wrong peace/piece. 2. Korean people are not beset by western imperialism. They've been historically beset by Chinese, Russian, and Japanese imperialism. 3. People make jokes happens on all Ingen videos. The fact that you think that people shouldn't be allowed to joke about a communist country because of your ridiculous views is insane. 4. If the DPRK has had such a hard time ruling, maybe they shouldn't rule half of Korea. SK is so much better and more developed than NK. Yeah, it's got flaws, but no country can say they don't have flaws. ESPECIALLY not the DPRK. 5. How is it logically possible that the CIA can govern every media outlet across the world that isn't state owned? If Al-Jazeera and Fox News agree that NK sucks, maybe NK sucks. Yet, in your mind, if the Global Times says that NK doesn't suck you instantly believe it. Why? Communism has proved in the past that its state reporting is flawed. Yet, you believe it nowadays.

If the DPRK was as good as this music, it'd be, without any doubt, a paradise. And yet, I have to face reality, in the end.

@Hyperborea Yea of course. They relie on international help to feed the population. They are ruled by a dictator, get executed publicly if a family member commits a serious crime (like trying to get out of the country; freedom of movement should be normal in a "free" nation) and scare the shit out of ordinary people in japan by sending nuclear capable missiles in their direction. What do you say to that? I mean Im a leftist, but this is just a catastrophic dictatorship.

Every time I enter this video I want to write a comment, but I can't, the beauty of the song distracts me to high standards. I mean, it's like everything, the song is also beautifully evil, the result of a man who wanted to liberate his country but turn it into a whole sect. Thus, this song is not only the letter, the melody or whatever related with music, but the outcome of the art of politics, and I think it's not fair what happens there, but it's truly fascinating to see how the craziness of a wicked genius brought to this dinasty.

Strongly reminds of soviet songs of same kind. A lot of pathos and nice voice singing, even a bit catchy with it's metaphors, but just funny when you try to think what it symbolises

Actually think it would fit if used in a music video involving scenes of the red army fighting on the Eastern Front in WW2, it really does sound 1940s or WW2 soviet-ish for some reason. Even at 5:50 there is a tune they use which was common in alot of 1940s stuff I think?
