A kid sitting on a box had a sign saying that it cost $15 for half an hour parking when all of the other spots were free but taken. A lawyer pulled into the spot and told the kid he wasn't going to pay to park and he should go home. The kid said you really don't have to pay but I'll take my box when I leave and it'll cost you $250 plus towing charges when I do. With that said he picked up the box covering the fire hydrant and the lawyer had to pay an additional $5 just to have the box reinstalled.
