Hi, obviously everyone will have a slightly different view. For me, Togame, Hiragi, Sakura, Suo are about equally strong. I don't think Suigishita is around the top 15, because they lost against Hashirao with Sakura, and he solo wouldn't has a chance without him.

Hi suo might be the strongest character but we haven't seen him fight anyone really strong. His strongest rival did not even reach the Heavenly Kings level. This makes it a problem where to put it. I think he is on the same level as Sakura, Hiragi and Togame.

Hi, when I read the bridge chapter. I felt that Nirei and Inugami were equally strong. Nirei is only higher because of potential training with Suo. I have also seen other videos but I think Heavenly Kings level can be compared well with the exception of Suo. The class around Second in command is not much introduced now and can be very emotional for everyone.

Hi, for me they are about the same strength. The way I see it is that Endo is definitely on a different level than Tomiyama in the first series when he's a bad leader and even Umemiya says he can't beat him. In the current arc, Tomiyama is back as the true leader who was compared to Umemiya in strength. We can also see that he can easily defeat the very strong Chihiro Shakushi and Seitaro Tarumi.
