I'd change some things, at this point it's really difficult to tell if Tomiyama is stronger than Endo. Also, I think some characters have been misjudged a little, even though both Suo and Suzuri are strong and have a lot of potential, I don't think either of them is stronger than Hiragi, Suzuri was able to hold out against Tsubaki for a moment but he didn't win, and Sou is visibly strong but I think he still has some ways to go before reaching the level that Hiragi, Togame and Tsubaki are (I agree with order these 3 were placed but I'd say in my mind they're evenly matched)

hashirao (member of the takiishi) compared sakura's ability to get stronger in a fight to yamato (no. 4), umemiya (no. 2) and takiishi (no. 1) so most likly sakura will become the strongest. i also feel like that currently in the 'war' that's going on in the manga bofurin will lose and the city will go back to its ruined state again but sakura will rebuild bofurin all over again as the new leader since umemiya's fight which he decided will happen on the roof is a bad sign for anime logic. i made this theory since tachibana said that sakura will become the hero of the city in the first chapter and sakura still needs time to grow into a stronger fight that can keep up with the likes of top 3 (i personaly feel like those guys are leagues above the others and the story have a great potential to keep going. sorry for blabbering, and thanks if you read till here.

Sakura is strong but he hasnt surpassed the 4 kings yet(except the drawing and glasses one)... Also Suo is def stronger than Sakura from what is shown (though its debatable)... The rankings are pretty messed up. From what little is shown endo is still playing with sakura not to mention he literally struggled with a Norie. Shark teeth straight up defeated 2 of them(one of them being the 3rd strongest of their gang) and Tsubakino lowkey is acknowledged to be a power house as well.(especially with all the feats to. There is no way any of the 1st years have surpassed the 2 of them(especially considering their experience) Also Togame is to low... It was already shown that Sakura defeated him mentally not exactly in a brawl. Even Sakura admits he was stronger.

WB has pretty different vibes from TR actually, it's more wholesome i guess? there's no time travel, the main theme is not to save somebody but to find a place to belong. no deaths so far for the delinquents no katanas and no guns. there are knives and bats (as seen in ep1), but it's mainly just kicks and hand to hand brawling. people can still get beaten pretty brutally, mangaka seems like a fan of drawing nosebleeds from getting punched/kicked in the face😅😅, and latest arc is probably the most brutal because the enemies are unhinged and got issues

Both are quite strong but I feel like Tokyo revengers characters are more extreme (with the dark impulse, guns, katanas) compared to WB characters, so they might feel stronger physically and willing to cross the line more? WB characters are a more grounded type of strong. They don't really use weapons, but Bofurin members are generally more stable, with Sakura being much stronger than takemichi, as one of the strongest of his grade. Umemiya... We haven't seen him fight too much but hes pretty strong too. Mostly, Umemiya's mental stability as a leader is much stronger than Mikey who is plagued by the dark impulses. So the two gangs have different vibes and different kinds of strengths I'd say.

Suo's best feat thus far is that he remains the only prominent character who has never gotten injured. No bruise, not even a scratch. Even after training with Kaji, this remains true, to the point other characters brought it up. On top of this, when Suo said if anything happened to him, Sakura would protect him, Sakura's response was Suo is the last person he could imagine getting beaten up. I say all this stuff points to Suo being far stronger than he lets on.
