In my personal opinion, the basement room was not a grow room. I think it was a make-shift operating room. I say this because the fluorescent tube lighting on the wall in the frame, that's what you use to read x rays. Especially if the previous owners were of Asian descent, other Asians tend to go to underground surgeons who work out of their homes.

The house with the huge master bedroom, it had a big bathroom with skylight but it had 1 small closet for both of them! ...just my observation. Oh and the name Chirley was meant to be Shirley spelled another way.... lol. I'll be waiting for more houses or mansions 😊

I love this house. I’ve really liked all in that neighborhood so far but there was something special about this one. Everything from the entryway and stairs to the parquet flooring upstairs and the poor basement flooded and perhaps hiding a secret. Love the fireplaces especially the brick one with the built ins. That kitchen so so big. So glad they seem to have salvaged so much. That master bathroom would have been stunning. I would have loved to live in that house with just very minor aesthetic updates. So sad for this whole neighborhood of once all stunning homes that are probably history by now and trying not to be so irate at developers but in a year or so it will probably look horrible.
