Spoiler alert. Don't read the rest of this message if you don't want to know how the first case eventually ended. In the first case there was eventually a conclusion. His mother knew, his brother knew. His brother told police after the death of their mother ( as he had promised rightly or wrongly not to do anything before she passed) He told them where his brother had dropped the weapon and they found it 13 years later. The POS then tried to turn it onto his brother and say it was a plan together with his brother but that his brother actually carried out the murder. The prosecution knew this was not true but he agreed to plead guilty to this but not to first degree murder . So partly to avoid any more suffering to his children by being put through a trial and partly because they knew that even him admitting to second degree murder would get him 25 to 50 years in jail the prosecution went with that. He won't be eligible to be considered for parole until he is at least 80 years old.

How stupid was it to let the abusive boyfriend force himself into a girl’s only trip?! And the women AGREED to let him tag along? Like that wasn’t a clue to any of them?!?

Lady's ???if a man put his hands on you,he doesn't love you, nomatter what he says, or try to do for you after he has put his nasty hard hands on you,he doesn't love you,and if you all are out having a good time with your girlfriend's, and he get mad, and wants to fight you,he don't love you,get out,im going to say this again, get out, because he doesn't love you,if he put his hands on you, get out,I been married for 20 years, and I never hit my wife, and she never ever hit me,but don't get me wrong, we all go through something, in a married life, but you got to learn, so my point is,if a man hit on his wife/girlfriend, he doesn't love you, remember that I said this,im out#big#facts####

It's pretty transparent that you "just want to get his side of the story" means that you want to randomly confront himto get a video bite. He is clearly guilty, but even an innocent person would rebuff your attempts. It's part of the formula for the sensationalistic coverage. Except for this part, I enjoy it.

Why will this people wait for something big to happen. Once you see someone is stalking and breaking things, you call police for restraining order. And go far away from this abusers. Period. Learn from past mistakes from past abusers, stalkers, murders. We see them from news, true crime.

Yes you can just walk away and get trained in self defense and gun classes. The law only "helps" after you become a victim.

This video title is really misleading. I know this case very well, and seeing the title, I thought "oh thank god, he finally is being charged!" Only to see there's no new information. You can't say he stabbed her to death if there's no charge.

There's a price to be paid for burying the truth. We are usually guilty of creating our own problems, by sweeping things under the rug. Don't let anyone treat you badly, or it will continue. Thank God; all will come right in the end.

How come I feel like all these people who donate their kidney something bad happens. Like the girl who donated her kidney to her bf then he left her.
