Weapon Recommendations before stepping into Raid/Dungeon Content - Destiny 2

As someone who raids fairly regularly and mostly wanted to see what someone would recommend for weapons, I am extremely jealous sir that you have that much vault space 😂

haha yeah i empty vault space prior to every new expansion. Towards the end of the year I tend to get full. Either way, the weapons I recommended in the video arent optimal by any means. It is more just weapon types new raiders should ensure they have. Rocket side arms and area of denial special GLs are great and are amazing for ad clear and damage swaps, but for the average new player, a fusion/sniper for back up damage and then a solid heavy weapon or too will be enough to clear. I based this video off of weapons I tend to recomend to newer players when I teach them a raid.

no problemo. Its nothing too fancy. As you attempt master raids and grandmaster nightfalls, you probably are gonna wanna grow your weapon selection beyond the stuff I mention in this video. But, the weapon concepts I go over in this video will get you through any raid or dungeon.

What shader did you use on the dsc sniper ? Also theres a anotger area denial gl

I think the shader I showed on the sniper is cryptic legacy. There are only 2 area of denial GLs currently. The stasis one is from episode echoes, and you can just go play and get it by spending engrams or getting it to drop. It is craftable too. The void area of denial GL comes from vespers, so it is a little harder to grind. I recommend getting the stasis one as it is great in prismatic loadouts and it has autoloading holster.

Haha yeah. I clear my vault of unused weapons every new dlc. I usually get back to full vault towards the end of a content year, but I like starting a new dlc with tons of space.
