For SotT I recommend using dual swords with Atharti's Delight and the talent that makes crit apply poison too. Dual swords have wide sweeps, nice cleave and a ridiculously high crit chance on 3rd and 4th attack, so you can apply a lot of poison and bleed all at once on entire hordes, I love it. Not my idea but it's been my go to build. I quite like the idea of using repel tho, pairing it with the daggers is extremely creative and effective, great video :D

Agreed is a good synergy for sure. Push attacks also go through shields making them a very good swiss army knife of a weapon

One of my most-played builds is tank WHC with parry on rapier. People see crits, people go swift slaying. I adore that I can tank entire CW pats or groups of zerkers on cata as WHC as long as I'm being technical enough, cause the sidearm actually hits like a truck up-close, staggers nicely and refreshes parry without dropping block.

I found a similar sott dual dagger synergy, lingering blackvenom is procced alot on them and it actually aoe staggers, so more as make up for dd's horrendous horde clear, while letting her chop up elites. Works very well on cata fow as well as onslaught for me.

warhammer foot knight. fuck the meta, warhammer hits hard, pierces armor, staggers everything. maybe its got shit block and a swing speed slower than a grandma but holy shit there is nothing more satisfying than reliving a chaos warrior of his skull with one crit headshot

Dunno if this holds true on Cata, but on Legend having at least +25% Power vs Skaven/Berserkers on the Great Axe lets its Heavy stagger Plague Monks. Works great with Skull-Splitter on Slayer and gives IB a pretty good anti-Elite melee which keeps his stagger power (at the cost of some stagger THP vs hordes). Also, Dual Hammers with +10% Power vs Chaos & Opportunist can stagger Mauler overheads, Berserker flurries, and Chaos Warrior attacks (excluding overheads & undercuts). Only problem is that this stagger on occurs on Light Attacks or Heavy 2 & 3, as Push Attacks & Heavy 1's stagger is too weak to do any of these.

Parry on the axe aint cool - go for swift slaying. He can crit and dodge all day long and thats the ultimative melee piercing machine! Btw hes pistols can snipe and aoe destroy monsters very well. And thanks for the tip about Kruber ;)

This is true I normally run Swift Slaying could have been more clear on only running Parry only if you find yourself getting in trouble. Right on with pistols also, alt fire is great for CC and they can melt hordes, super underrated weapon

Wouldnt be spear with repel better cause you already have 180° push/block angle, so you dont have to sacrifice properties to increase it. As well it has a larger range. The range of spear would compliment the increased push strength a lot.
