How come the usa doesnt take Raynaud's seriously.... I suffer from it badly . My hands , my feet , my nose , my nipples , my knee caps , and my butt cheeks suffer from this so badly i cant live a normal life , even at the beach im cold , im always cold no matter what i do

I am 48 about five years ago diagnosed hypothyroid in Raynaud’s at the same time .. rheumatologist put me on Viagra definitely helped with color changes, but my hands are still too cold and they hurt really bad like nerve damage.. dr. seems to think if I could get my thyroid levels in range I would get better, but no matter how many medicine changes are increases. I cannot get in range. .. do you have any insight on long term Viagra use? Mini blood test run no auto immune diseases showed up only thyroid issues and I’ve never been sick before so this has been so difficult such a long journey. Thanks
