I went to a small private school. I would wear super bright eyeshadow (we didnt wear lashes to school 7 years ago EVER) and Im sure some of the guys didnt like it and some of the girls but I also got tons of compliments that where genuine. I ended up being voted Most Unique senior year. I actually heard a girl say "whats most unique" and the girl next to her answered "you know like amy" lmao 😂 but i took it in stride because it wasnt the greatest environment with mostly rich, snobby, people who all dressed the same. so if i was the most different and unique person there i was glad. I dressed more "rock n roll" or just different but the guys actually liked me more for it because they knew it wasn't as easy to go against the grain & they liked that I was different. I say YOU DO YOU! I am 7 almost 8 years out of high school and have absolutely no regrets about wearing what I wanted & wearing my fun eyeshadow!
