Hi! I know I’m not Rachel lol but I was going through the same thing. What I’ve done is make sure I wake up and go to sleep at the same time every day and establish a routine ! Get out of bed when I wake up and have a shower to feel better !! Then do one small thing a day until u feel like u can do more (go for a walk, exercise, paint & even go to the shop to get some milk or something! ! I hope this helps

i’m also not rachel but i find that the easiest way to establish a routine is to change something!! cut ur hair or even just paint ur nails or start a new hobby, it creates motivation

getting out of bed is the hardest part for me. avoid the bed at all costs! if i get up to go pee, i won’t go lay down again because i’ll literally lay down all day. go for a walk or sit outside, soak up some sun and feel the grass. drink water. you don’t have to be productive, you don’t have to do a million activities, just do what you can. eat some breakfast, do one activity you don’t want to do (eg laundry) and then one you like (like drawing or something!) you are worthy regardless of your productivity, but just try to show some love to yourself. congratulate yourself for the small victories!
