Wow. I got a sample of "For Whom The Bell Tolls" but mine just looks dark teal which i think looks great. I never shook the sample up however; hell, i forgot it had that shading/shimmering ( whatever you call it), I’m just interested in dark colors, and I thought it was just a dark teal. I used in in an Eco. I thought looked very good on my cheaper paper, but it was just teal, no reds, just a nice dark teaI. I use cheap, or the cheapest paper i can that doesn't defeat the purpose of using a fountain pen, some cheap paper is pretty good. I just take notes from whatever I’m trying to learn, so I can justify expensive paper, unless it’s for a journal. Right now, I use Mead 5 Star Composition books. Any Mead with the plastic flexy covers work well, even with a stub, but I stick with and because I don't use expensive paper. Walmart had those Mead 5stars on sale for one dollar, then fifty cents, so i bought a bunch. Jesus, I think I have SIXTY of them lol. The Hemingway ink, wrote well on that paper but I’m really surprised to see all that red in the Hemingway ink in this video. Does it look more teal or red when dry? Mine is teal, NO red tones, but i bought a sample so apparently whoever took the sample, didn’t shake the ink up prior to taking the sample. I didn't shake the sample either, because I forgot it was that type of ink (I never use that shimmer ink)…I just wanted a dark teal. Anyway, it was a pretty nice color, and didn’t t really feather, so I’ll probably buy a bottle, but now, I’m afraid to…Is it more green/teal or pinkish when dry.. I cant tell. I hate the color pink.
