Thanks Dante. My friend just had two strokes. He bought the Samsung watch not knowing that it would not give him the atrial fibrillation alerts that he desperately needed. I set this up on his phone and works perfectly. Great job 😊

Please do make sure the IHRN is running from time to time, because Samsung introduced it recently, it's not fully stable and gets killed/suspended, when that happens, he needs to turn it off and on again... May he never ever get stroke...

@@DuskSlayerYT on the phone, ecg tab, you'll see IHRN last updated, if the date is old, the watch most likely stopped checking, so toggling off and on will make the watch start measurements again, I haven't checked the new version of shm mod for the watch, but I'm hoping they fixed it... And I should work on it this coming weekend if my health allows it, had a small setback...

WOW thank you for doing this for us. It works a charm if you follow the instructions to the letter. The only slight issue that I had was at wireless debug connection time as I made a note of the com port, but it changed it at pairing time. Be very careful about the port diplayed on the watch just below the connection code. Apart from this, absolutely fab.

Massive thanks for creating this video, and specifically reiterating that a person may need to restart their devices in order for a successful WiFi Debugging Pairing. I couldn't for the life of me get it to work, so I looked up this video, and when you mentioned restarting them, I did just that-and the two paired just fine immediately afterward! I'm going to look into how much a standard BP cuff and stethoscope cost. Might get my own set, or may just rely on the doctor's office for calibration. We'll see. Thank you again! (And damn Samsung for restricting a potentially life-saving feature to those who buy their phones! That was really a d-bag move on their part.)

They really do not support health apps the way that apple does. Don't get me wrong, I have never purchased an iPhone and likely never will, but they go all in for their customers by doing the hard work with the fda for approval. I wish someone would make my dexcom g7 work with my watch directly like apple has.

Thanks for this video and the detailed instructions. I installed your app on my phone and read through the detailed guide there as well. That was especially helpful as I could go back to it over and over again rather than rewinding the video. I could not get the phone to connect to the watch after several tries but then saw a tip somewhere else and turned off Bluetooth and that seemed to help. Mind you, I'm living with quadriplegia so I'm not very fast or accurate on entering port numbers etc. I now have blood pressure and ECG working on Motorola razr+ 2023 and Galaxy pro 5 in canada. 🇨🇦

You can use network discovery next time, you just need to enter pairing code, the rest the app will handle, and you just keep watch screen on...

Primeiro, certifiquem-se de instalar o Samsung Health e o Galaxy Wearable a partir da Play Store. Isso é importante porque, vão precisar dessas aplicações e ao tentarem instalar essas aplicações após seguir o processo do vídeo, será solicitado que formatem o relógio para emparelhar com o Samsung wearable. Outro ponto importante: ao formatar o relógio para refazer o processo, tive dificuldades em emparelhá-lo novamente com o Galaxy Wearable. Só consegui emparelhar o relógio após desinstalar completamente as aplicações do vídeo (SHM) do meu telemóvel. Após apagar tudo e instalar primeiramente as aplicações originais, consegui seguir o passo a passo do vídeo, e funcionou! Está a 100%! Muito obrigada! ☺️

At the start my bluetooth connection was corrupted and couldnt to open apps via my phone like blood preasure etc. I had to restart my watch and connect again via bluetooth and everything worked. Thanks a lot. Motorola edge 40 neo here

@@nunombmendes79 Sleep Apnea doesn't work but the original sleep apnea app on the watch is not a monitoring tool anyway so once you find that you are negative, you may as well use this mod. The energy score is unaffected

Works on android 14 GS23Ultra 12/09/2023, Follow instructions (pretty easy) delete old versions of Samsung monitor from watch and phone as not to be confused. Also Fully scanned the apps and downloads in a secure sandbox and all is Safe and sound. Thanks so Much for the rott free MOD. love it

Hi Dante, I loved the work you've done, it's impressively clear ! But I also have a big question : you seem to use a Galaxy Tab with Dex in the video, and it seems to connect to your watch. I've tried every possible way I could think of to connect my GW6 to my tablet (since I have an iPhone) and I just can't find a way to synchronize my watch to my tab, how did you do it ? Would you do a tutorial to connect a galaxy watch to a samsung tablet ? Thanks again for all the work you've done, you make the world a better place

I already mentioned in the video description, Samsung Dex and my phone screen, not a tablet... Tablet can never connect to watch, it is hard-coded condition by samsung to accept only mobile devices...
