Thank you so much. It might not seem like you did alot but just taking the time to talk it out will definitely light some flames in other modelers to give it a try. Me being one. I'm a pretty decent model builder in 2 rail O Scale and this will definitely be my next challenge. It's a challenge to me in sultity which really brings an engine to life. Got a few engines to practice on before I get enough balls to weather a Brass Max Gray Y6a that took me 6 months to paint. Awesome tutorial, that Berk looks great and enjoy your channel.

Thanks for watching! I’m glad it was informative. Like I said in the video find some good color pictures of the engine in service and replicate that. Good luck!

Fun fact, that curved grab iron that goes around the front of the smoke box and into the headlight conduit is an NKP modification (excluding the S-3s). There's builders photos of the first S classes all the way up to the S-2 having normal grab irons (what 765 has now) and I think it would be rather interesting if you had some Berks with the NKP grab irons and some with the as-built grab irons.

That’s interesting, I didn’t know that! I just replicate what I see in pictures. I’ll have to keep a sharper eye out on any future projects. I like having small variations like that
