The wind is blustery here in Rotorua today, I think the mountains around here are blocking some of the force. That last boat still in the Indian ocean and the lead boat already in the Atlantic, the catch up distance is phenominal!🐞

Seems like it was accurate for me. The further out the forecase, the less accurate - so you got to keep checking for updates. Way back a few weeks ago the forecast for this week was "messy weather, dominated by lows" which is exactly what we got, and have.

The forecasts for my city have been pretty spot on over the summer to date. Definitely no muck ups.

I said every day that the low pressure would make instability and hit and miss downpours. Instability means high risk for downpours but not everyone gets them. So you didn't watch any of the videos last week where I kept REPEATING how Christmas Day would be extremely hard to lock in due to the hit and miss nature of it and that regions with rain and thunderstorms icons may still get dry weather and vice versa. Did you miss that?
