Weaving a 17-Strand Mohair Cinch

Congratulations very nice cinch. I have a question What size it's the cinch including the buckles?

Thanks, Juan. To answer your question, it's 33 inches from the tip of one buckle to the tip of the other buckle. Seems to be about an average size and fits my horses and saddles well. Hope this helps.

I noticed you don't do the Lark's Head knots like I've seen on many other videos. Have you noticed a difference in effectiveness of the cinch, have you made others with the Lark's Head too?

Hey, Thanks for your comment. In my next video, I'm going to do the lark's head knot at the cinch ring. I've used this cinch without any problem though. Works just fine for me. Hope you enjoy the channel!

Good to hear from you, Julian. It is a 32 inch cinch from the end of one buckle to the end of the other buckle. Took about 50 feet of the light gray mohair and about 30 feet of the dark.
