During/after such sessions, what helps me the most is to think how much *more* others would have lost due to tilt. Tilting with some speech is better than tilt which effects the buttons on the end ;) thanks for content, keep it up

Your mentioning that GG 100NL rush is unbeatable do to the rake. Do you really think this is truth or was it just the emotion. I am living in the Netherlands and we are only allowed to play on GGPoker. At the moment I am trying to make the transition from 10nl to 25nl normal 6 max games. But feels like a tough transition because players becomes better and the rake is 5% (almost uncapped). The rush and cash games are 5% and 3 BB capped but because the player pools seems to be stronger I am not playing them too often. Love your work man!!

GG's Rush and Cash is a disgusting rake trap. So hard to beat, but there are so many players that are forced to play there it's the only site that offers games in their country.

Out of all of the streamers I haven't seen a single one who is winning after rake. The rake at 200R&C is $10k per 50k hands I saw.

Graph on GG is pre rake, so you have to manually account for rake. Lost a lot more than 2 buyins, but the run bad is more the fact I was 6 BELOW EV. Had I won all the hands I lost, I could have been up 6 stacks instead of being down 6 stacks
