It's the lane cleaner from the lane machine. I use the same machine at our house; it occasionally leaves traces of cleaner on the pin deck.

Thanks, but would that mean the pin decks wouldn't be to USBC specification? It would always happen everywhere at all bowling alleys but it would and does effect pin action.

The decks are all certified by USBC when they are installed. As far as I'm aware, this only happens with the Brunswick Envoy Lane Machine. That is the only lane machine that I have used, so it could happen with Kegel machines, but I don't have experience with them. I don't think it is really enough cleaner to affect how the pins move, but I agree, it shouldn't be left behind.

The announcemen on this program are absolutely horrible. Several comments made, that were very unprofessional. As far as EJ , I understand he is a professional, and good at what he does, I give him credit. That being said, time after time I watched this guy not read the lane properly, throw the same shot over and over, and expect a different result, that the definition of insane. I've seem EJ absolutely blow the competition away, not as much as I watched him fall on his face. EJ come bro, you can do it. Focus, confidence, read the lane, adjust, remember, you can only do what the lanes allow you to do, don't force the shot. You got this. Goodluck.

The commentary on this is abismal! The main guy needs to do one! "We all know bowling isn't a demanding sport"???!!! It is when you bowl for 8 hours a day! Way to big the sport up! & Who the hell is Jesper Larsen?! Get the bowler's names right! Sort it out! Get someone on who actually knows the sport & doesn't go on & on about pocket hits! But otherwise enjoying the action 👍

The Ten Pin Spare at 16:45 is no good.. Slow down the shot and you'll see the ball fall in the channel then bounce back and hit the 10 Pin !!!

Why on earth are they changing the way we count pins? We all crew up with that system. Now they are trying to make bowling more interesting and understandable for people who don't know it. As if they started bowling tomorrow just because of that. Or even watch another game of bowling because now it's getting interesting. A big haha at this point. I think that's really sad what they doing here to our sport. I rather not watch it anymore because this is frustrating. You loose more than you win for sure
