Lost a lot of weight bro looking good! I would like to see a new griddle vs. video. Weber has a new griddle called Slate and they brag that it doesn't rust or need to be seasoned. If you can line one of those up with a Blackstone or whatever because for sure the maintenance upkeep with Blackstones are ridicules .. Thx and more new videos please of cooking stuff. I ended buying a couple years ago the Napoleon 500 Phanton grill after watching your videos of the Prestige

If I had to choose between genesis and summit I would take the genesis, but as soon as the summit smart comes out I would choose it.

Get the Weber Summit 470 or the Napoleon Phantom they half the price of the new Weber Summit, there is no justification for the 4k price range
