Today we do a hot and fast brisket cook on the Weber Kettle grill. Using our AP and Big Beef and Bold seasonings to get some of the most amazing bark. Us a little cherry wood and charcoal to get that great smoked flavor!

Good lookin brisket. I cook hot and fast. Do you feel the slow n sear is worth it? Does it hold high temps consistent? Appreciate your help. Just want to see if the Weber baskets or sns is better

I think it’s personal choice. I’ve only used the baskets with much success
