Weber Searwood - Roasting Peruvian Chickens on the Top Rack

I've decided to see how well the top rack actually cooks something at a higher temperature. We know it's great for smoking temperatures but let's see how a couple spatchcocked chickens do up there.

Dare I say you may want to buy the rotisserie! I did for mine and no regrets. Killer top rack roast tho.
