Also, I made this logo in about 2 minutes, but I am really digging it 😂 (maybe I need to start a dental practice). Thoughts?

Thanks Payton. Really appreciate your vids. Very insightful and help tremendously! Just used your tips for web designer in Edinburgh. To rank top 10 it's minimum of 95 backlinks! Dying to get on your SEO course when I can afford it. 2yrs of working in Webflow and currently getting ZERO clients!

Great guide! If you no index some pages on your website can you still use the auto-generated site map? I haven't found a workaround to this yet. As I get errors on search console. Love Semflow btw been using it.

Hello Payton, I have a question regarding Webflow. My website is currently hosted on WordPress, but I recently updated it using Webflow. To enhance the SEO of the site, should I make these improvements on Webflow or WordPress?

Hey Payton, thanks for this useful information. When you discuss backlinks and reaching out to "write for us" organizations, who actually does that? Do you and your team do it and write articles, or do you simply inform your client who wants a dental website that they need to do this? If we say that "We run SEO Campaigns for 6 months" as part of our service, then who's responsibility is it to do this outreach and write these articles? I ask because we as web designers are not experts in dental for example, and it makes no sense to try and write an article that isn't in our field of expertise. So what exactly does this look like in terms of roles and responsibilities between client and service provider?

Linkbuilders have writers and systems in place for that, based on average client's ability to provide content/copy we all know that it also doesn't make sense for cllient to publish 40 articles on other sites as well - if client can write this much, it's then much better publish them on their website (more content!). . Write for us links usually can be rated as "mid tier" quality as if everyone can get that link there, it's close to worthless... Especially if black hat industries use that site, meaning the site don't reject many entries. Also backlink value depends on traffic on that exact page, meaning if you publish an article on other site and that article doesn't rank, it will be less valuable than the one that does. . That's why linkbuilders can choose to utilize different practices, strategies and can evaluate effort-time costs to set up a mixed campaign. There's a reason why a backlink in international setting (english) cost 200-900$ to build (based on loads of "difficulty" and "value" factors) with a 300$ high quality backlink being a good deal. . There's time/money costs like prospecting, outreach campaign, paying site publishing fees, writing content, editorial QA (sites have rules) and other things (f.i. building tier 2 links to that new article so that it ranks and get's indexed, which will affect your website as a result). That's why it might seem that link costing a 100-300$ is a lot, when actually it isn't, given the amount of energy/time it takes to get a valuable link. Oh and for best backlinks you also need personal connections. . I do only Webflow SEO for a living, and even then I mostly focus to work on content /information architecture side of SEO (seo = content+links), while having a trusted circle of different types of linkbuilding partners to have "linkbuilding guy" for any type of linkbuilding strategy my client needs at that time. That's because I know how much work, processes, human resources and connections are needed to actually run a good linkbuilding campaign... Furthermore links can cost the same and be very very different in actual "link juice" value so you have to trust your linkbuilder not to cut corners or "sell you sh1t". That's why as my team grows, I will have internal Linkbuilding department to cut costs and control quality, but that's in the future. . Writing on write for us pages unfortunately don't cut it in the long run, this doesn't even scratch the surface of successful linkbuilding campaign (even though it's a good quick way for a designer like you to speed up indexing by a smidge, which why I assume Pait shares this info here), but your clients should definitely not "build links on their own".

Hello, How much can you design an Insurance website for me? I'm just learning the tools, but I think it's better to pay a price to get a great website. I have been watching your videos and learning a lot. Thanks for that.

Hmm…… Would love to get the real website address and real screenshot? Seems a bit suss saying ”this is a website I recently launched”… but there is no “DentalFlow” business in Idaho Falls, and the phone number on his screenshot of 555-1234 also doesn’t seem legit. The subtitle “Taylorview Dental” does exist made by Pait but the website and SEO title is a bit different to this video. Maybe say “this is a sample of a website recently made (cause can’t show the real thing)” Nothing against the rest of the video cause it’s half decent advice, just saying 🤔

Oh yeah, this isn’t a real business! I launched the site solely for the purpose of making this educational video. Saying I “just launched” it was to set the stage and explain the current status of the site to help share how the process works. Sorry if it was misleading ☺️

Pretty much every site that has a 'write for us' page is a backlink farm. This is an outdated backlinking technique.
