As autonomous vehicles worldwide progress in automation levels, improvements to advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) sensors and high-performance computers (HPCs) to fuse data from these sensors are necessary. In addition, the safety and reliability of these systems cannot be compromised. Advanced voltage supervisors that monitor system voltages and noise are necessary to help meet the functional safety level required by autonomous vehicles (Automotive Safety Integrity Level-D/ASIL-D as defined in the ISO 26262 standard).
The following topics will be covered in this webinar:
-Understanding the function of ADAS sensors and HPCs within autonomous vehicles
-Exploring traditional vs. advanced voltage supervisor designs
-Discovering how MPS advanced voltage supervisors are tailored to enable systems to meet a functional safety level of ASIL-D, required for autonomous vehicles
