Love your talk Gemma on giving the horse choice. Over riding the brain with positive reinforcement - eye contact, soft touch and smell on the nose - scratch on the withers - let the horse ask for touch. Allow the horse to learn and make positive connections between sensory input, fear and relaxation. Good demonstration.
