If acoustic treatment of the performance space is possible it can be helpful in reducing feedback. Soft materials on walls & ceilings can reduce reflections which often helps.

sir my question is we move the speaker closer to the audience it's ok but performer also wants to listen to the sound while performing so we use stage monitors facing towards him that will give feedback know sir I cannot say to him not to move closer to speaker monitor while performing as he is a performer he moves front and back on stage

An in-ear monitoring system will allow freedom of movement for your performer while also reducing the amount of noise on stage and thusly exposed to microphones.
