I had a test question ask what would be a sign of upset, high Alk, High temp, High Ph -- I would say all three, but it’s only one answer. I saw in your video high ALK would cause foaming - so I’m guessing it would be high ALK as an answer?

Would a hybrid digestor that changes between thermophilic and mesophilic digestion work? Or does it have to be one or the other with no in-between?

what can I do to recovery my system after being upset because of temperature. my system is working on 55 o Celsius and the temperature was increasing to 95 for a few hours because the water bath sensor was error.
