Wondering how Amazon's UX team didn't thought it through that Rufus would be annoying. I wonder what they inputted in their customer persona profile that would find this AI bot enjoyable. Imagine going to your local market and every time you look at an item, an employee would come and ask you if you have any questions repeatedly.
