Hi Alex just wanted to say thanks alot for the tutorials, you the one guy who finally made hop onto elementor as most of my sites were done using muse and i needed a way to migrate all my client websites over to modern development tools like elementor, i only have one question or request can you please make a tutorial how to make an elementor site which user base driven were people can register and login to the website to add personal information like let say they are a member of a church and they need to add their details like name surname, email and address etc so that they church has a database of all there members and the members can also update the information when need be... thanks

A quick question, with regard to double optin, I did not tick neither the box but Mailchimp still sending out a double confirmation both confirming subscription and robot. I did save my changes still when I do the testing, I still get double confirmation. Do you know why? Can you please help?

Hi, the sign-up forms that I created in your way with Mailoptin by default has double-opt in enabled. Even when I have my primary MailChimp set up as single optin. I am not able to remove the recaptcha from this. The sign-up forms made with MailChimp are single optin. Any idea how to change Mailoptin forms to single optin? I will be really grateful for any help in this matter. Thanks.

Leaving this comment here for those watching in future: It's 2022, and mailchimp UI has changed substantially since the launch of this video. The sign up process is more or less the same, the free plan now lets you manage up to 2,500 contacts before you need to upgrade. Sign up as described by Alex, you'll still need to provide a physical address for you to continue to use mailchimp. Configuring email list seciton: When configuring the mail list, alex clicks on 'view lists', this interface is not there anymore. To reach the 'stats' page, you'll need to look at the dropdown to the left, expand where it says 'Audience', then click on 'All contacts'. There you'll see a pae with multiple tabs inside, click on 'overview' and you'll see the stats. From here you'll be able to follow the tutorial regularly, just hit on 'settings' on the same page and follow alex in the video. The GDPR fields have also been changed, but you'll see a link in settings to direct you where it is. setting up automated emails: there is no longer a present draft email for us to edit. We have to make one ourselves. To do this, head over to campaigns dropdown on the left menu, then expand and click on 'All campaigns'. You'll see nothing here, so we'll need to make a new one. On the top of this page will be a 'create campaign button' click on this and you'll be presented with options. Choose 'regular email', choose your builder then select a template (choose the 1 Column template). There's a separate section entirely for automation where you can set up 'journeys', though am not sure how to use em yet. form builder is under 'Signup forms' in the dropdown section. you can follow the rest normally

Hi Alex Just Found out you can actually connect your mailchimp to elementor forms directly, you just need to insert the api keys in the elementor settings then in your email forms section "actions" you choose mailchimp...then there you go

I went to add this plugin. While configuring it there is a link in the backend that sends you to learn about how it connects with Contact Form 7. That link sent me to the scammiest of ads, tons of popups, demanded notifications redirected to itself per infinity. I don't know if they are compromised or what, but I wouldn't trust them.

In contact form 7, If I design any contact form and pest it in contact form 7 plugin and change the input field by contact form short code after that if I display that just use the contact form 7 plugin short code and get the same design. Long times passed since this video published. If anyone trying to set up a campaign whilst editing a template you see no *|NAME|* or so. problem is that you have none of custom unless default merged tags predefined. I think the "manual" integration via script doesn't cover all the ecommerce tracking etc. So I think if you just want to integrate a functional signup form, the manual integration will do. At least that's my understanding.
