This is GOLD Ryan! The only thing I'm thinking about is how hard it is to implement this in our agency covering, seo, seo, social, website development, app building, branding... you get the point. I think for that we need to "move" one service at a time to get all process in place. But for you it also works with all other services added? We're a 15-people agency..

I just came across your platform and man have I been missing out! I just became a PMP and noticed a lot of the terminology you use is within the Project Management industry. Hey Ryan, Loved the stuff i have seen from you and read and wondered if you can share your experience on using just your Project and spreadsheets system with the Google system for email marketing campaigns (or did you use a regular Marketing platform like Hubspot or similar)? I ask this as we are getting our minds around what your offer before we buy and email marketing is such a huge subject for what allows managing bulk emails, tracking and automating and including opens and replies etc. I am happy to buy the right product but your solutions sounds awesome if there is some way to use the G system in that too. I use the Google Suite to manage my emails, but I use ActiveCampaign for email marketing. The Google Suite is an organizational / operational / management platform, not necessarily a marketing one (like a HubSpot). The emails features in the Google Suite are nowhere near what they are (from a marketing campaign point of view) that an ActiveCampaign brings to the table.

Hey Ryan, this is a random question, how do you go about letting people overseas access your client's sites, and google tools when they generally say there is someone logging in from overseas that looks like a hacker, or they don't want you offshoring to VA's? Do you hide their IP's?

It's simple - it's less about the tool and more about your process. We use this same tool to manage web design, dev and paid social. It's really just a matter of building out a project plans (tasks) and following the same flow.

Dude! I worked for an agency that had it set up where there was an SEO manager that handled client relations and a PM that was in charge of 20-30 projects and mainly had to do all the technical SEO it was the most inefficient workplace ever. After I quit I didn't look back so I'm on my own grind now and I totally appreciate videos like this. People really don't appreciate how much work flow and a general regard for people's time can improve experiences all around. My only problem right now is finding a legit link builder because I have an entertainment site and there's just too much gardbage out there and I don't have the time to do link building myself though I did get Google News approved so I do get quite a bit of organic links +800 in a month, but nothing really targeted.

Why would anyone want to run agency nowadays? If you are so good with SEO - create your own sites and make money off them.... BTW, Ryan, it is hard to take you seriously when your employees pitched few of my sites to pay for links. And that was the original pitch that I received, not follow up or some sort of backdoor/last resort pitch...

1. The money - I make about a $350k a year from my agency (salary and after tax payouts). 2. I do have my own sites, products and I'm invested in others as well. That nets me around $1M cash (after tax every year) 3. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I am genuinely NOT concerned with your opinion of me or how we run our service. We're good at what we do, we get our clients results, always. I do what I feel is best to build and run my agency - you can do the same for your business.

Most agency owners do run their own sites. Ryan runs Laces Out I believe. Dude link building is one of the more expensive areas of SEO I get pitched all the time and I'm still looking for a legit builder, but I also don't want to pay a ton of money so I'm looking for some people in Eastern Europe. He's not wrong about Phillipines though I have some amazing content writers from there that do posts for me.

Don't take this wrong too, I was looking up to you for quite a while, until my sites got decent traffic and I started being cold emailed by your employees offering me $50 for DA 60 link.... I'm happy you make good money, but offering a course to "suckers" who you'll teach how to use email to cold email site owners to offer $20 per link is quite low in my book. Even though I know you probably have something good in that course as well. I'm so happy I don't have an agency any more.
