Hi, it used to work until one month ago, have you got the same problem? seems that the radio button doesn't work anymore to add the contact into the mailchimp list... any suggestion?

This does not work because you can leave the checkbox unchecked and the download file still gets sent without subscribing to the mailing list. Do you know how to make the checkbox required on this form?

Please use smtp to send emails. Your emails are not delivering properly. Use smtp with wordpress to send emails.
