Now that I think about it, a lot of Filipinos are hella fluent in English and are also artistically talented. I wouldn't be so surprised if there are a lot more Filipinos that are featured creators on Webtoon we just don't know about.

after practice it becomes easier. But if u still feel like its too much of a hassle then just get a friend thats and artist to help u drw it (only if they want to) or u could jest hire an artist.

Nassera In my experience, no. Clip Studio is god tier, but Medibang is pretty good tho, one of the best free art programs I’ve tried.
