On the air assist - the black tube - if you just heat it up w the palm of your hands it will spread directly over the male part.

Too funny! You started the video as if you knew exactly my steps of doing things in my little craft life! I just received my WeCreat. Did not connect it to my computer yet, need time to do it this weekend. The only comment I have is, the booklet says you need to put the grates with the bolts up, not sure why it matters. Also, the air assist tube fits snuggly onto the thingy by being stretched, no need to add additional connector. Just put it on an angle at first and slide in. It worked for me. It is supposed to be tight.

Thanks for doing this video, I ran into the same problem as you, the end with the blue thing was missing that little black tube, and I have nothing to replace it with, I had to contact support. Bummer I was so excited to get it set it up and use it .😪

Just got the vision and setting it up using your video to reference. Question, is the bar that the laser on straight or is it offset by a quarter of an inch? I’m curious to see if I have to reach out to support before I go any further.

Thank you for the clear instructions! My removable tray was separate from the laser and didn’t know how to install the grates due to laser head! Glad I came across your video! I bought this to do tumblers as I used my other lasers for other items; will you do tutorials as I never done an engraved tumbler before?

Can you engrave and cut acrylic with the we creat?

It can but it has to be dark colored for the camera to pick up. I believe there's a hack around this if you want to do clear, but I haven't tried it yet. I heard if you put painters tape or some other specialty laser spray over the clear acrylic then laser can cut and engrave through it. Same thing with clear glass.
